Job Description
• Minimum 10 years of work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Customer care.
• Minimum 5-7 years of supervisor/team leader/manager experience is a must.
• Ability to: multi-task in a dynamic environment, build relationships, solve problems, impact
and influence.
• Customer Driven
• Advanced analytical & planning skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• English & Arabic proficiency is a must.
• Strong people skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
