Previous experience in working with a booking system such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre is mandatory.
Specialized skills required: Good Communication and Customer Service skills, any experience in BPO / Contact Centre will be an added advantage.
Graduate in any discipline
Willingness to search for required information from customer with a strong focus on solving clients requests.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook
Willing to work in a contact Centre environment with rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exemplary customer service via emails and phone calls.
Answer emails messaging and manage outgoing voice phone calls from/to world leading airlines customers, providing customer service support for queries related to flight changes or cancellations, lost baggage, claims.
