Employer Branding • Provides strategic marketing and brand development. Marketing and Promotional Plans • Plan and follow up on promotions in coordination with the different area managers and the training and promotion manager. • Prepare monthly management reports. Job Specification: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field • 8 - 10 years of experience in marketing management with increasing levels of responsibility • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of the principles of marketing, advertising, public relations, and market research • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
