This is a remote position.
Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans timelines and budgets.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
Communication:
- Act as a central point of contact for projectrelated communication.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and clients.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas minutes and status reports.
Administrative Support:
- Provide virtual administrative assistance to executives and team members.
- Manage calendars schedule meetings and make travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence and prioritize tasks.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Generate reports and summaries for internal and external use.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and address project issues and risks.
- Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions.
- Anticipate potential problems and proactively implement solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience as a Project Manager/Virtual Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Trello Asana ClickUp.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
