Job Description

Overseeing the design, purchase order and requisition of materials;
.
Providing technical advice and solving problems on sites and projects
.
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork as per progress
.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors and vendors in all stages of building
.
Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during Construction which affect the quality of works performed;
