Job Description

IPU BUYER

What youll do:

Engage and lead supplier negotiations selection and monitoring on regular basis

Work closely with Operational buyers to ensure strategic vision is being followed

Support Category Manager and global teams for assigned category groups segments and codes

Knowledge of Plant Engineering Categories (Building Construction Components and Supplies HVAC Equipment Material Handling/Conveyance Security etc.)

Build Repair and Maintain customer relationships through communication and collaboration

Develop (along with key stakeholders) implement and follow category specific strategy


What is required:

Knowledge of Plant Engineering indirect purchasing categories or 5 years of facilities supervision

Good working knowledge of PowerPoint Word and Excel

Good communication skills both written and verbal
