What youll do:

• Source talent through job postings referrals and direct sourcing using proactive tactics such as job postings social media networking events internet research and cold calling in order to attract active and passive candidates.

• Screen candidates for appropriateness of skills experience and knowledge by reviewing resumes facilitating phone and facetoface interviews and conducting reference checks in order to evaluate skill level in relation to position requirements.

• Update the applicant tracking system by ensuring information is regularly documented throughout the hiring process including but not limited to coding applicants status detailed interview notes and reasoning behind final decisions.

What is required:

BS in Administration Psychology or related.

Fluent Conversational level of English.

Minimum of 6 years of experience recruiting and sourcing professional candidates in the automotive industry required.

Experience recruiting for MexicoUS and Canada is required. Experience recruiting in Brazil is desirable.
