- Scheduling daily material testing requirements
- Addressing all technical queries
- All technical activities as per the documented policies procedures and work instructions under the overall guidance of the Quality Manager
- Technical Presentation to Govt. / Semi Govt. / Institute / Students
- Laboratory Approval from Statutory bodies as per Project requirements & cluster Projects
- On site and Lab meeting with clients
- Monitoring of section incharge & subcontract jobs
- Site visits for Geotechnical Investigation & NDT
- Technical & Quality System Documentation as per ISO/IEC 17025
- Vertical Expansion
- Man Management
- Purchase & Maintenance (Service & Calibration)
- Overall Laboratory Maintenance Work
- Exploring business opportunities
- Preparedness to face NABL assessments/audits
