Team/Function: TAAS Enterprise Sales & Corporate Account Management

Role Objective:
Develop sell and execute supplychain transformation plans for customers (or potential customers) by partnering with CXOs. Continue to manage existing large accounts and grow shareofbusiness with by offering additional technologybased solutions.
The incumbent will have the opportunity to touch every part of customer s business map out all their strategic drivers align solutions to customer needs and help drive execution.

Role Responisibities:
Identify innovative ways to acquire new enterprise customers by radically transforming their endto end supply chain (from procurement to delivery)
Lead all presales activities for enterprise accounts. Built sales pipeline and make multiple proposals to generate additional revenue through supply chain transformation as a service.
Formulate growth strategy for existing enterprise accounts (grow share of business) along with the business heads and other senior stakeholders.
Liaison with clients for delivery demand management billing and new opportunities. Program manage postsales execution of solutions
Identify alignment gaps with customer team and drive transparency and accountability through communication and collaboration.
Lead on change impact analysis readiness and post golive assessments.
Work with internal crossfunctional teams (Product Engineering Business Finance Customer success SCM etc.) to structure problems analyze opportunities and develop solutions and actionable recommendations through a rigorous datadriven process.
Monitor and drive all organizational KPIs that are critical for success. Drive the operational cadence at CXO level. Measure & track critical KPIs & initiatives
Provide insights to the business through analytics and market research as required

Work Experience
48 years of postMBA work experience in role such as Strategy & operations CEO s office consulting program
management corporate planning etc.
Astute business sense and analytical ability with great articulation skills
Dep industry knowledge of 12 industries
Prior sales/ proposal making experience

Knowledge/ Skills
High level of ownership willingness to set up things from scratch high emotional intelligence
Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited
information
Excellent communication Senior executive presence
Good people management skills
Excellent data analytical skills

Education
Graduation & MBA from a premier (Tier 1) institute
