The Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to become an essential part of our logistics team. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective flow of goods within our warehouse maintaining inventory accuracy and preparing products for shipment. You will work closely with other team members to manage stock levels process incoming shipments and ensure orders are dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
• Picking and packing orders accurately for dispatch.
• Conducting stock checks and updating inventory records.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
• Operating warehouse machinery safely (e.g. forklifts) following all health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborating with other team members to optimize warehouse processes.

• Previous experience in a warehouse operative role or a similar position is preferred.
• A valid forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong physical stamina for manual handling tasks.
• Good team player with effective communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently when required.
