Job Description
We are in search of a driven Junior Recruiter/Recruiting Assistant to bolster our team in Bedford TX. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to gain handson experience in agency staffing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with seasoned recruiters in sourcing candidates via diverse channels including job boards social media and networking platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and suitability for specific positions.
- Efficiently communicate with candidates scheduling interviews and providing feedback as necessary.
- Maintain meticulous candidate records within our database ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to refining and enhancing recruitment processes and strategies through teamwork.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication abilities both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated capability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.
- Proactive and selfmotivated individuals keen on learning and advancing within the staffing industry.
- A degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
- Prior experience within a recruiting organization is advantageous though not obligatory.
