Talentry is looking for a skilled handson IT Director who can help develop and implement IT strategy and management pertaining to the IT infrastructure hardware software and systems.

The right person will work closely with the executive leadership to evaluate and implement strategies that will focus in large part on systems integration cloud migration security and process improvement. He or she will oversee all of the technology operations including office and engineering IT.

This director will manage multiple direct reports develop budget oversee vendors and own the IT roadmap.

Requirements

Requirements:

1. BS degree (minimum requirement) or higher.

2. 12 years of related experience.

3. Experience as a handson IT manager/director in the aerospace/defense field.

4. Ability to work onsite in NW Orange County CA.

5. Proven history of analyzing developing implementing and evaluating robust IT solutions.

6. Excellent management and communication skills.
