South East England (remote working)
£40000 base salary
£6000 OTE with bonuses/commission
Our client is a revolutionary conveyancing firm who have taken the property industry by a storm and changed the way in which conveyancing is done. This firm has many USP's to the business.
As a Conveyancer you will be responsible for handling the legal transactions and paperwork involved in the transfer of property ownership. Your role will involve working closely with clients real estate agents and other legal professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient property transfer process.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting property title searches and obtaining necessary legal documents
- Drafting and reviewing contracts lease agreements and other legal documents
- Advising clients on propertyrelated legal matters and providing solutions
- Negotiating and finalizing property transactions
- Ensuring all legal and financial obligations are met during property transfer
- Coordinating and communicating with various stakeholders involved in the process
- Occasionally attending meetings at our client's HQ (Richmond)
Essential Qualifications:
- Qualified as a Conveyancer with relevant certifications or qualifications ( PQE Lawyer qualified minimum 5 years)
- Detailed knowledge of property laws regulations and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent understanding of legal documents and contracts related to property transfer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prior experience working as a Conveyancer for at least 13 years
- Experience in handling complex property transactions
- Familiarity with online conveyancing platforms and software
