About the role

Due to internal promotion Trustpair is searching for a KYS Analyst to join our High Risk team. Situated within our Ops Department our KYS teams work to collect and processthirdparty data to verify payment information and detect possible risks of fraud.

We have three teams: Collection Contact & High Risk. Each work on their own scope towards the overall goal of ensuring Trustpairs confirmation rate for account validation increases.

What youll do:

Based in the HighRisk team youll work alongside Alma Arnaud Alexandra Pedro & Saraonprocessing and analysing highrisk KYS cases. Other key responsibilities include:

Operational Processing of HighRisk KYS

• Collecting contact information on third parties
• Contacting third parties basedin France and overseas via telephone and/or email to verify their payment details
• Handling inbound enquiries relating to KYS (calls emails)
• Analysing elements of KYS documents to assess potential risks and provide final evaluations to clients

• Evaluating third party bank details via consultation of external sources

Team Collaboration

• Contributing to discussions in order to improve existing processes
• Participating in testing new tools for the team
• Collaborating closely with the other KYS teams as well as Sales & CSM to ensure customer satisfaction

This position is hybrid remote based in Paris
Working hours are 9am5pm Monday to Friday (35h)

MustHaves:

• Prior experience in KYC/ KYS/ Fraud Investigations or analysis is preferred
• Comfortable working with a variety of digital tools (our team use Forest Admin Slack Notion Intercom Aircall etc)
• You have excellent interpersonal and can communicate with various stakeholders effectively (your colleaguescustomers thirdparties)
• You are methodical rigorous and detailoriented and use these skills in analysis
• Ableto adapt to working in fast paced startup and manage your workload and projects well
• You can be relied on totake your work seriously especially when handling sensitive data
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
