Job Description:
- Ensuring properties are let to suitable tenants in a timely manner
- Conducting property viewings and negotiations with potential tenants
- Marketing available properties through various channels to attract potential tenants
- Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants resolving any issues or concerns
- Keeping up to date with market trends and legislation to provide accurate advice to clients
- No educational qualification specified
- Maximum of 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Annual salary Basic £1618K OTE £30k
