Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Private Client department overseeing a team of skilled lawyers and support staff.
- Provide strategic direction to ensure the delivery of highquality legal services and exceptional client care.
- Handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters demonstrating expertise in areas such as wills trusts probate and estate planning.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture encouraging professional development and continuous learning.
- Implement and uphold the firms values and commitment to excellence in legal services.
Requirements
- Ideally a minimum 10 years PQE in Private Client law.
- Proven management and supervisory experience showcasing leadership skills.
- Strong technical expertise in wills trusts probate and estate planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
