Responsibilities: • Design mechanical systems, components, and products using computer aided design software • Analyze mechanical system performance using engineering principles and techniques • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of designs • Develop detailed models and drawings of mechanical components • Test the performance of newly designed or modified components • Monitor product performance and recommend changes to improve design quality • Research new technologies and methods for product design improvement • Investigate customer complaints regarding product performance • Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems in the workplace. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • At least 5 years of experience working in a similar role. • Expertise in 3D modelling software such as Solidworks or Autodesk Inventor. • Knowledgeable in mechanical systems, materials science, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics etc. • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively. • Excellent problem-solving skills.
