Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage online communities across various platforms, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and fostering constructive engagement.
- Respond promptly and effectively to user inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for community growth and engagement.
- Utilize technological platforms and tools to streamline moderation processes and enhance community experiences.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of content moderation policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic.
- Strong familiarity with technological platforms and tools commonly used in online community management.
- Preferably, prior experience in community moderation, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of digital community dynamics.
- Duration: 3 months
