Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Director for the EMEA Region, leading our sales reps across all market segments (Startup, Mid-Market and Commercial). We have three sales reps in Europe currently, with plans to double or more the EMEA team next year. There are three primary responsibilities that this sales leader will take on:
- Be accountable for the revenue results of the region. Take an active role in the execution of top deals as part of a team selling motion to acquire new lighthouse logo customers.
- Provide consistent coaching to enable all sales reps to achieve their full potential. Identify themes for improvement with individuals and at the team level.
- Make high quality hires in lock step with market demand. We believe that smaller, high caliber teams can achieve remarkable results.
