Job Description
1. Coordinate visits for potential clients to residential compounds, ensuring readiness and providing information on facilities.
2. Participate in marketing campaigns and on-campus events.
3. Develop and follow up with potential accounts.
4. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential, current, and former tenants.
5. Prepare reminders for expiring contracts and renewal agreements in collaboration with the account manager.
