Maintain health & medical information on children in the Head Start Early Head Start and Day Care programs to ensure timely preventive health care intervention and treatment. Maintain database and tracking systems for health screenings and other health matters. Assure compliance with CACFP guidelines. Assist with child registration; responsible for daily documentation attendance and meal count records.
Requirements
High School Diploma one year college courses in Nursing or a related health field. Possess or work towards an AA degree in Health Nursing/CNA or related field. One year experience working with children in an Early Childhood setting. Must have a valid ODL and insurance and be insurable by the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs insurance policy. Must pass a Tribal State and Federal background check. Must pass a preemployment drug test
