Experience of no less than two years as a minimum in the field of scheduling and planning for multiple specializations. He must have a diploma from a recognized technical institute and have five (5) years of experience in the field.

 
Experience in a maintenance-related field in a large public facility, residential or office complex. He must have the ability to compile technical reports for craft activities. Practical experience in using the computer and its applications such as Primavera. Must have good communication skills.
