Job Description

Providing effective technical support to the current Clients of the Company, aimed at maintaining and strengthening the position of the Company in terms of developing cooperation with existing and potential Clients.
Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (Trails, meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation.
responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
Solving customer complaint and issues regarding the products and providing best trouble shooting.
