REQUIRED SKILLS
- This role supports a migration project to migrate Dynamics 365 to another tenant.
- You will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Microsoft cloud services with a primary focus on OKTA Dynamics 365 Office 365 Azure AD migration.
- Experience in assessing feasibility of migrating customer solutions and/or integrating with 3rd party systems both Microsoft and nonMicrosoft platforms.
- Administer user accounts permissions and access controls in Azure AD ensuring compliance with company policies related to migration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Dynamics 365 services.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and security proactively addressing any potential risks or vulnerabilities related to migration.
- Experience in developing and maintaining technical architectures documentation frameworks and strategies as they relate to Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
- Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps (CI/CD).
- Strong cross functional and technical knowledge and experience of Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns.
- Knowledge of Scribe or other ETL tool are an advantage.
- Create Deliver and Manage CRM Applications.
- Create web portals for enterprise MS Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Create and manage Dynamics 365 CRM online solutions.
- Create Dynamics 365 solution components; create managed and unmanaged solutions.
- Configure publishers and versions; work with multiple solutions; import and export solutions
- Customize Dynamics 365 CRM forms.
- Experience with XRM Toolbox.
- Automate the deployments using Azure Devops Pipelines.
- Handson experience to support application integration with Okta.
- Assist in the premigration assessment.
- Work collaboratively with other internal/external IT Teams.
- Highly collaborative team player.
- May require after hours and/or weekend hours during active migrations waves.
