Position: Web Content/Technical Manager
Location: Austin Texas Remote Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION
Core responsibilities include:
- Working closely with various stakeholders and departments to understand project requirements serving as the main point of contact with project stakeholders to drive projects to completion
- Identifying understanding and reconciling project content requirements opportunities and challenges in alignment with AEM capabilities/components and Client web guidelines
- Preparing organizing documenting and uploading web content and web assets in collaboration with stakeholders and their staff and/or consultants
- Ensuring consistent messaging formatting and unified writing standards for all written materials
- Providing and/or directing stakeholders to appropriate resources tools and training to facilitate migration activities; and working with stakeholders such as the Information Technology Division (ITD) to provide proper access to tools
- Supporting Web Services Branch in web activities including uploading assets authoring and publishing content in accordance with web guidelines and appropriate information architecture
- Develops and manages communication timelines milestones and deliverables according to project requirements
- Providing regular updates to staff and leadership on the status of the project
- Other job responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Skills/Years of Experience
- 47 Experience in the field or in a related area with an emphasis on coordinating projects and project teams
- 5 Excellent written and verbal communications skills
