Job Description

Responsible for coordinating production ordering forecasting and allocation with dealers to reduce aging and sales losses due to shortages. Controls mix production to maximize sales and profit and programs order stock and sales plans to optimize sales and minimize incentives. Provides analysis to sales and network teams on market opportunities and risks.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Engineering advanced English language skills availability to travel proficiency in Office applications (especially Excel) statistics and advanced mathematical thinking risk management skills presence and presentation skills reporting skills.
2 to 3 years of experience in previous sales planning or district sales roles


Bachelor's degree in Education, Automotive Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive systems and technologies. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to create engaging and interactive training content. Proficiency in training software and tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
