Responsible for ensuring all dealers have the proper knowledge related to products and sales processes. Coordinate training events for new models and develop a permanent training plan for dealer personnel. Manage training vendors online platforms and budget. Develop training plans improvement plans and scorecard indicators for dealers. Maintain close communication with dealers to achieve expected results.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in engineering business or related field. Additional training related to sales is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Automotive Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive systems and technologies. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to create engaging and interactive training content. Proficiency in training software and tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
