A franchise Service consultant is the main contact point in an assigned market for supporting the franchise system of business for the various organisations and brands. The ideal franchise consultant cultivates a team and works towards identifying a profitable franchise out of the many that apply.
Areas of responsibility include:
- Store and franchise compliance
- Reporting
- Training and development
- Stock management
- Customer relations management
- Effective teamwork and selfmanagement
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Retail background
- Franchise background
- Accounts Understanding
- Store management
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of business processes and functions
- Strong analytical ability
- Valid drivers license
- Own roadworthy vehicle
- Degree in business management and or operations
