You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for an ambitious and energetic Upwork Bidding/Lead Generation Executive to help us manage and expand our clientele. You will be at the forefront of the Genesis IT Lab and will prepare strategies to generate leads create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential leads through Upwork linked In industry events and targeted outreach.
Messaging in telegram/discord groups. Search for potential leads in groups.
Direct social media activities on social platforms to enhance the companys outlook.
Attend seminars conferences and shows to increase awareness of the company.
Procure new clients through direct contact wordofmouth and collaboration with the marketing department
Attend seminars conferences and shows worldwide to increase awareness of the company
Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
Handle client queries over the phone email and during onboarding
Convert leads generated through any marketing platforms into realized business
Direct social media activities on social platforms to enhance the companys outlook
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT or a related field.
1 years of experience in a Lead Generation or similar role is a plus.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in freelancing platforms(Upwork Fiver etc)
Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to work independently
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is advantageous.
Knowledge of the tech industry and software development is a plus
