Job Title: MS Dynamics Business Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced MS Dynamics Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of handson experience in Microsoft Dynamics particularly focusing on Sales and Service Apps. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and requirements gathering coupled with technical expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM/365 to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization using MS Dynamics.
- Configure and customize MS Dynamics Sales and Service Apps to align with business requirements.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of MS Dynamics solutions.
- Work closely with development teams to implement customizations and integrations as needed.
- Perform data analysis and migration activities as part of MS Dynamics implementations and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to MS Dynamics configurations processes and procedures.
- Stay uptodate with the latest features and updates in MS Dynamics and provide recommendations for leveraging new functionalities to improve business processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst with a focus on MS Dynamics CRM/365.
- Strong understanding of MS Dynamics Sales and Service Apps functionality including configuration customization and integration capabilities.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Certification in MS Dynamics CRM/365 is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
