Job Description

Overview:

The Paid Media Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the digital marketing team by assisting with the implementation optimization and analysis of paid media campaigns. This role is essential for driving brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup monitoring and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct keyword research and ad copy creation to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Support the development of digital advertising strategies based on target audience and business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate reports to identify trends insights and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creative aligns with campaign objectives and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid media and digital advertising.
  • Assist in A/B testing different ad creatives landing pages and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on competitors digital advertising efforts and industry trends.
  • Assist in the management and optimization of social media advertising campaigns.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for advertising and audience targeting.
  • Contribute to the overall digital marketing efforts and assist with special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Business or related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in digital marketing specifically paid media and advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and other paid media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to advertising campaigns.
  • Detailoriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced team environment.
  • Previous internship or work experience in marketing advertising or digital media is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
  • Interest in staying uptodate with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and advertising.
