Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity is designed for individuals who are eager to gain handson experience in business development and sales within the recruitment industry. As a Business Development Intern you will have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals develop valuable skills and contribute to our business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in identifying and researching potential clients through online research social media and other channels.
  2. Support the Business Development team in prospecting and reaching out to potential clients via email phone calls and networking events.
  3. Assist in creating and updating sales materials including presentations proposals and marketing collateral.
  4. Participate in client meetings and presentations alongside senior team members.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights on client needs and market trends.
  6. Help maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  7. Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
  8. Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program preferably in business administration marketing or a related field.
  2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in business development sales or account management.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
  4. Proactive and selfmotivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and basic understanding of CRM systems is a plus.
  7. Availability to commit to a minimum of 56 days per week for the duration of the internship.
