Yego was born in 2016 when shared mobility with a light vehicle was still at an experimental stage. Nowadays it is a reality and Yego already operates in 4 Spanish cities (Barcelona Valencia Malaga and Sevilla) and 4 French cities (Bordeaux Toulouse Niceand Paris). Our experience of more than 8 years in the sector our progressive growth and our ability to create a community with users public actors and private partners make Yego a reference in Europe.

Main Mission

In Yego we have the mission to empower citizens to move with ease and style by sharing sustainable vehicles. In doing so we need a dedicated team in Customer Support that helps our users to have a great experience with Yego. While our riders drive the streets of Barcelona Valencia Sevilla Mlaga Bourdeaux Toulouse Niceand Paris their help and guidance are key.

Given the growth we are experiencing we are looking for a dynamic and positive person to join our Customer Support team. It will be essential that the person who joins us has excellent communication skills as well as clear customer orientation able to make decisions quickly and efficiently.

The schedule for this position is Thursday to Sunday from 16h to 00h (32 hours per week)

What You Will Do

1. Customer incident management

  • Provide excellent customer service via chat and email with a positive attitude and a focus on service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that all journeys are carried out in optimal conditions and that our users have the best experience.
  • Manage insession user and outofsession user query leads from the webchat.

2. Reporting and Support to the rest of the company: You are the eyes and the ears of the company.

  • Communicate YEGO team the feedback from our users to improve the service.
  • Detection and reporting of application failures to the technical team.

3. Administrative Management

  • User activation and management of after ride messages.
  • Periodical review of the entries to the depot managing the authorizations and the towing cases.
  • Follow up with clients in appropriate cases.
  • Regular review and management of incoming fines.

What You Need

  • Previous experience in a related job.
  • You have a clientoriented personality
  • You are a good communicator
  • Proficient in Office and easytouse computer tools.
  • Working under pressure and multitasking is not a problem for you.
  • You are a problem solver: you find a quick solution to any problem.
  • French native level is mandatory! English or Spanishwill be an added value.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends.
