The role

As an Associate Director youll have the responsibility of managing your own portfolio and working closely with partners and clients.

• Youll manage an entire client portfolio
• Youll plan and deliver audits on time on budget and to an exceptional standard
• Youll assist with advice on technical matters
• Youll develop client relationships acting as a principal contact to clients within your portfolio
• Youll manage mentor and train team members providing performance management and continued career support
• Youll identify new business opportunities to support client relationships and growth at Gravita

Who you are

Were looking for someone with deep experience of running a portfolio. On top of being ACA or ACCA qualified youll

• Have outstanding communication and influencing skills
• Be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders at all levels
• Have excellent project management skills and ensure that multiple projects are successfully delivered without drama
• Enjoy building excellent relationships with people often resulting in engaged teams and additional client work
• Be happy to get your hands dirty engaging in whatever tasks are required to get the job done
• Value feedback and creating an environment where people are always learning and improving
• Be happy in a hybrid working environment working effectively both remotely and when in the office

The Nitty Gritty

• Our standard working week is a 37.5hour week on a hybrid basis (with up to 50% of your time across the month home based and the other 50% officebased)

• Core working hours are 10am 4pm Monday to Friday
