What you will do:
This position breaks the mold of typical sales roles. You wont be selling anything per se. Instead youll be an integral part of the gotomarket team tasked with testing various hypotheses and scaling them effectively. Each week youll dive into a new product and market quickly grasping their nuances.
Your daily routine will involve making 50100 cold calls aiming to persuade industry experts to participate in interviews. Your pitch will revolve around seeking their valuable insights even though we dont have a product to offer them yet. Your primary objective will be to secure hundreds of interviews with experts who will generously contribute their time in exchange for nothing tangible. Its certainly a unique challenge isnt it
Thats why here is who were looking for:
Excellent English with no accent youll constantly communicate with native English speakers in the US mostly with construction people in midAmerica who might a) be hard to understand b) be biased if they hear a nonAmerican accent (or even worse mistakes).
Previous experience conducting 50100 cold calls per day in English for the long term. You have experienced this hard work before know what to expect and are ready to accept this challenge of repetitive tasks with lots of unscripted and unpredictable scenarios. If you had experience doing cold calling for the US market that would be your advantage. To do cold calling youll be provided with the Salesloft tool; for CRM management the team is using Salesforce.
Previous sales experience with proven results of being a top 510% performer in the team.
Outstanding charisma to convince anyone of anything. Since there wont be anything specific to sell it would require quite some personality and adaptability to adjust each conversation in the right way to reach the desired goal of scheduling an interview with the outreached expert.
Selfreliance initiative organized nature desire to learn ability to grasp complex concepts quickly every week.
Working hours:
You should be working from 9 am to 5 pm New York time daily (EST time zone click here to check your time difference).

Fulltime job (8 working hours per day 5/2). Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine this job with studies or another job. Full dedication.
Remote work. You may be located in almost any country or city just need a good Internet connection a computer a headset and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule to the teams time zone.

Stability. This is not project work we consider only the candidates looking for a longterm commitment of 1.5 years.
Salary will be discussed at the interview. Paid in USD.
