THE ROLE

We are looking for a new person to join our IT department adding some extra value. In this position youll be responsible for supporting all employees with their daily IT requests maintaining the office network the companys IT systems and working on our selfdefined Projects. As an IT Administrator you will be responsible for resolving any ITrelated faults efficiently including complex systems and also take over an important role in the IT department.

THE ONSITE IT TEAM

The Onsite IT Team is responsible for all topics regarding the office and employees. One of our main focuses is to support everyone so they can deliver good work.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Ensure daytoday IT operations for our colleagues in Berlin Zrich and remote work
• Make sure that our office network runs smoothly
• Assist with hardware problems and orders (incl. desktop/laptop systems printers phones)
• Define and document best practices
• Conduct onboarding for new joiners: Youll make sure that our new employees will have a good start feeling home since their very first day
• Manage Licenses and SaaS
• Taking care of daily IT request and provide support for our employees
• Working on projects within the IT support area while bringing in your own ideas to improve the whole IT experience

WHAT YOULL BRING

• Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant ITrelated program
• Previous experience in IT Administration or similar
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and MacOS
• Good knowledge of networks and infrastructure
• Hands on experience in installing IT hardware and software
• Good communication skills and experience in supporting employees with IT problems
• Positive and selfmotivated individual who can complete tasks independently while working very well in a team and enjoys helping others naturally
• Previous experience of working with Google Workspace Atlassian and Ubiquiti Networks
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Bonus: Good in verbal and written German
