• Lead research initiatives to support business strategy development.
  
• Develop research plans and protocols to ensure studies are conducted in a systematic and rigorous manner.
  
• Analyze research data using statistical methods to identify key trends and insights.
  
• Develop and implement strategies for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making by cross-functional teams.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives and ensure studies align with business objectives.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing research.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Market Research Strategist or in a similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge and experience in research methods, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.
  
• Experience with statistical software such as SPSS or SAS.
  
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple research studies simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Market Research, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
