Job Detail:
Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
3 years experience in web application production support and release management
Experience with Programming skills in Javascript React.js Reactive Programming J2EE JDK 1.8 JSP/Servlets XML CSS
Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular React and Bootstrap.
Experience in debugging RESTful API development.
AWS Cloud New Relic Grafana dashboard knowledge
Experience in troubleshooting of production issues during outages and critical tickets.
Experience in analysis of server health for JVMs on CPU usage memory usage Threads Container pool.
Experience in generation and understanding of alerts for all operational data like Memory/CPU/Garbage/Exceptions/
Ability to analyze tickets in AYS (At Your Service) and identify root cause analysis.
Quickly route tickets to appropriate teams and manage queue to a healthy state.
Perform Health Checks after code deployments releases Device Launch Pricing Launches DR and Failover.
Production Support for oncall responsibilities PRICING LAUNCHES DEVICE LAUNCHES during US times.
Ability to lead the Outage and severity calls and engage teams to bring issue to resolution.
Short turnaround times for completion of assignments on Maintenance Release.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a continuous learner; with a desire to stay current on security trends tools technologies and best practices
