- Ensure sales growth and profitability and return on investment for customers by actively managing and expanding new and existing direct sales customer accounts
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets
- Develop and establish new sales opportunities by engaging in research as well as cultivating relationships through on site visits networking and customer referrals
- Establish trusted relationships through consultative selling to understand the needs of the prospect and customer to move beyond service provider status to a mutually beneficial partnership
- Maintain a competitive edge by remaining abreast of industry trends and market activities
- Conduct research into prospective and current customer base to identify opportunities and anticipate future needs
- Work with a technical specialist to build and design the correct solution that is tailored towards solving the customers unique challenges
- Act as an advisor for the customer by engaging in continued research and detailed analysis to understand and anticipate future customer needs as well as to provide new perspectives and insights
- Handle customer queries and advise the customer on the procedures that need to be followed on system queries and support tickets
- Work in a collaborative sales team and be willing to assist and learn from one another
