Business Development Representative
Annualized Base Salary $60000 Significant earning potential with bonus incentive
Location: Denver CO
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for outbound sales prospecting with the bulk of their time being spent reaching out to clients during the early stages of the sales funnel and determining their true intent to buy. As the first line of communication with potential customers the Business Development Representative should have a strong understanding of the sales process and present our products and services setting up the regional sales manager for success. Ultimately this position supports rapid growth with the opportunity to advance your career and salary quickly and take ownership of your own territory.
Ideal Candidates will be selfstarters who have some experience and are eager to grow their career. You should be a quick learner in a technology driven (mobile app) environment with the ability to present our products and services in a compelling way. Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads and moving them through the sales pipeline
Build relationships by nurturing warm prospects while maintaining a high level of communication
Identify customer pain points and determine the best solution for the customer
Identify best practices to continue to refine the companys lead generation playbook
Keep up to date sales pipeline information in CRM (Salesforce)
Driving measurable sales results by meeting monthly quarterly and annual sales goals
Additional Responsibilities:
Cold calling emailing and dropping by potential customers
Providing excellent customer service
Work closely with fleet support in order to provide a well maintained fleet

Entry level B2B/Outside sales position requires at least 1 year of B2B or outside sales experience. Candidates must possess high energy with a strong drive and motivation to succeed.
