Job Title: Senior Tax Manager (Part Time)

Description:
Responsibilities:
Prepare/review the quarterly tax provision for several entities of the US Pharmaceuticals and Biologics businesses including all supporting calculations and documentation such as M1 adjustments tax provision models management tax reporting packages and effective tax rate.
Prepare/review tax account reconciliations.
Assist the Tax Managers and Senior Tax Managers on various projects as needed.

Essential for the role:
Bachelors degree preferably in accounting or business administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in tax provision in public accounting and/or a large corporate tax department.
Knowledge of US GAAP tax accounting and the Internal Revenue Code.
Selfmotivated with proven ability to work independently on multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
Excellent communication skills including ability to synthesize complex tax matters into simple concise communication.
Strong analytical skills.
Agility with new technologies.
Knowledge of CCH RIA and/or BNA research tools.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP preferred.
