Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Organize and file financial documents in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Support the finance team in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
