Axo Group a leading entity in the fintech industry across the Nordic region specializes in personal lending. As we aim to expand our presence were seeking an Insurance Portfolio Partner to oversee the insurance portfolio at Axo Group. This role will involve both operational and strategic responsibilities for optimizing our insurance offerings across the Nordics. Additionally uScore (Minkreditkoll.se) an integral part of this role andAxo Group operates as an independent personal finance platform offering a wide range of financial services.

Location: Flexible within Stockholm Oslo or Copenhagen.
Reporting to: COO.

Were searching for an Insurance Portfolio Manager dedicated to revolutionizing how we sell and manage income protection insurance. This role demands creativity in sales strategy a focus on optimizing channels for enhanced profitability and customer value and a commitment to making every part of the customers journey seamless and satisfying. Your Mission

As the Insurance Portfolio Manager your role is central to innovating and refining our approach to insurance sales and management. Youll be instrumental in crafting new sales strategies optimizing existing channels and ensuring that every customer receives exceptional value and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Lifecycle Ownership: Take charge of the entire customer journey from initial engagement through to payment ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Innovative ProblemSolving: Leverage your creativity to find new solutions for enhancing customer experience and streamlining operational processes.
  • Sales Strategy Innovation: Develop and implement groundbreaking sales strategies to expand market reach and deepen channel effectiveness.
  • Channel Optimization: Rigorously analyze and refine our sales channels maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • DataDriven Optimization: Employ analytics to closely monitor and act on performance metrics with goals of accelerating growth minimizing churn and boosting customer satisfaction.
  • TechDriven Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the Product Manager for insurance ensuring that our technological capabilities are fully leveraged to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Who You Are

While prior experience in insurance is advantageous whats crucial is your handson approach and determination to drive results. You are someone who thrives in taking ownership of tasks and is relentless in pursuing goals until they are achieved. Demonstrated ability to execute practical strategies and adapt in dynamic environments is essential. You possess a proactive mindset constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and growth. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams are key. You are not only a strategic thinker but also someone who excels in translating ideas into actionable plans ensuring tangible outcomes are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance or related field.
  • Extensive experience in insurance sales and digital channel optimization.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.
