Tasks

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies and plans for Workday implementations and upgrades
• Lead and manage a team of testers assigning tasks providing guidance and ensuring testing activities are completed on time
• Identify document and manage defects ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate defect tracking systems
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on testing progress issues and potential risks
• Continuously improve testing processes methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and quality assurance practices
• Ensure compliance with quality standards procedures and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to test plans procedures and results
• Good oral and written communication skills with proficiency in English (French proficiency is a valuable asset)

Requirements

• Seniorlevel experience with more than 5 years in payroll testing and integration
• Proven expertise in developing and executing testing strategies and plans for Workday implementations and upgrades
• Leadership experience in managing a team of testers assigning tasks and providing guidance
• Strong ability to identify document and manage defects ensuring timely resolution
• Effective communication skills with proficiency in English (French proficiency is a valuable asset)
• Continuous improvement mindset to enhance testing processes methodologies and tools
• Thorough understanding of quality standards procedures and best practices in testing
