Software Test Engineer mfx

To support our team at our customer in the automotive sector we are looking for a Software Test Engineer (m/f/x) for a permanent position at Ktronik as soon as possible. Does that sound interesting Then we look forward to receiving your application!

Tasks:

• Analysis and evaluation of software requirements and software architectures
• Setting up and automating software test environments to carry out static and dynamic software unit integration and qualification tests
• Design implementation and execution of test cases
• Analyzing documenting and presenting test results as well as reporting and tracking software defects
• Verification of customer requirements by analyzing system behavior and checking expected system responses
• Application and optimization of test processes and workflows taking into account Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262

Skills:

• Completed studies in computer science electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
• At least three years of professional experience in the field of software testing
• Sound knowledge of common IT applications such as Microsoft Office 365
• Good programming skills in C C C# or Python
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certificate is mandatory. An ISTQB Test Analyst certificate is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and conceptual strength paired with a structured and independent working style
• Ability to work in a team as well as commitment and reliability
• Passion for quality
• Very good written and spoken English skills
