Skills And Attributes For Success
- Expert knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP, UK GAAP etc
- Extensive experience in the following areas
- Financial statement preparation and consolidation process
- GAAP conversions and adoption of new accounting standards
- Drafting accounting policies and writing technical memorandums
- Technical accounting advisory on complex topics (e.g. business combinations, consolidation, debt/equity etc)
