Job Title: Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
The role of EA/ Mktg Coordinator is to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote the school's brand, increase enrolment, and maximize revenue. He/she will work closely with the school's leadership team to understand their goals and objectives and develop marketing plans that align with them. He/ She will also be responsible for providing key strategic inputs to the development of sales strategy and plan, and evaluating campaign performance through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing marketing strategies and plans to achieve enrolment and revenue goals
Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitors
Developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring that funds are allocated effectively to meet marketing objectives
Coordinating with the school's communication team to develop messaging that promotes the school's brand and value proposition
Collaborating with the admissions team to create recruitment campaigns that attract and retain students
Developing digital marketing strategies to promote the school's online presence and engage with prospective students and families
Building partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders to increase the school's visibility and brand awareness
Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
He/ She should possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Should be able to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve marketing goals.
The ability to think strategically and creatively is essential, as well as a deep understanding of the education industry and market trends.
Finally, should have experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the education sector, and possess a master's degree in marketing, from top tier business school
