• Generating sales and minimizing redemptions
• Creating and executing sales strategies
• Upskilling Financial Advisors by conducting training, mentoring, and coaching.
• Ensuring high participation, validation of advisors, and growing manpower
• Maintaining healthy advisor and client relationships
• Assisting in transactional concerns when necessary
Qualifications:
• At least with 2 years work experience in Sales, with direct customer exposure
• Licensed to sell Mutual Funds (Certified Investment Solicitor) is a plus
• Knowledge and understanding of Mutual funds and other investment instruments available at the very least in the local market
