The Role: As a Lettings Administrator you will assist the Lettings Team with administration file progression and the marketing of properties. The role involves but is not limited to collaborating with Applicants and Landlords to obtain the right documentation arranging and uploading professional photos videos floorplans and EPCs drafting invoices and requesting payments generating standard letters and agreements file audits producing reports answering phones and seeing to customers in Lettings Team absence. Requirements: - Minimum two years Admin/officebased experience
- GCSE grade C or higher in Maths & English
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Numerate and confident working with figures
- Fluent in English with good communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility over own work
- Experience in the property industry knowledge of Reapit software or relevant equivalents would be an advantage
