Associate Global Partner Support Desk

Were seeking highly analytical passionate and selfmotivated individuals to join our Partner Desk team. The Desk drives critical components of Wayfairs supplier support strategy our team members serve as the external ambassadors who support the supplierpartners that feed Wayfairs vast assortment and leverage internal partners to execute our strategic vision of offering bestinclass support to an evergrowing supplier base. As an associate on the Desk you will work at the core of Ecommerce: operating at the intersection between customers suppliers and technology!

More specifically in this role youll engage daily with our evergrowing supplier base (20K suppliers driving $10BN in revenue) and execute projects that feed our groups strategic priorities (like developing a training curriculum to support new teammates identifying process improvement opportunities and collaborating with our tech team to enhance our supplier facing platforms.

What Youll Do

• Act as the goto person for our suppliers as they resolve daytoday issues and provide support by training and educating them on the use of Wayfair tools
• Work effectively across our global team to ensure efficient collaboration
• Build rapport with our suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Think critically about our internal processes proposing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency effectiveness and the overall supplier experience
• Test new innovative ideas in pilot programs identifying patterns and recommending improvement opportunities

What Youll Need

• 13 years of Ecommerce corporate retail management consulting tech sales support or general account management experience preferred
• Articulate and persuasive communication skills both written and verbal
• A track record of successful project and relationship management skills
• Innovative problemsolving skills plus the ability to dissect and determine root causes of problems then implement solutions
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment
• Proven ability to quickly get up to speed
• Growth mindset and enthusiasm about professional development
